This is a short theory-based course. After completing the SSI Digital Learning, you will join a short workshop at the dive centre (approx. 2 hours) which focuses on:
- Benefits and limitations of diving with Nitrox
- Safety considerations
- Understanding and analysing Nitrox mixes up to 40%
- Dive planning with Nitrox
