It’s no secret that it’s a firm favourite dive site of #Instructor Trainer Petes.

#Tabaiba wreck dive on the northeast coast of #Tenerife was the former tugboat, El Peñon, It’s a stunning #wreck which is still intact and you can enter the engine room and bridge, with the appropriate training.

The wreck is a 100m swim from entry, but there is plenty of interesting marine life to see en route.

It was sunk as an artificial reef in 2006 to enrich the marine life of the area.

Barracuda, Garden Eels, Trumpet Fish and #Stingray can often be found. 🐠🐡🐟
